Two models, pastel
Two figures side by side, both built up in soft pastel colours. On the left stands a figure in a deep pink dress, the head barely indicated; on the right a second, with blonde-green hair and pale blue and green clothing, worked out slightly more fully with an undulating green line along the arm. The two figures share the same airy, almost softened tone, as if both were washed over by the same waxy layer of paint.
