Model, layered ochre
Kneeling figure, built entirely from layered ochre and orange tones, with dark green and black hair curling loosely upward. Purple chalk lines lie like a second, underlying layer over the paint, visible through and alongside the colour. The layered, almost archaeological build-up — layer over layer, line over paint — gives the sheet a rich, lived-in texture.
