Model, ochre and black
Strongly abstracted composition in warm ochre and brown, with a dense, dark mass reading as a torso or shoulder. The background is kept in a cool, blue-green sea colour, with purple and white strokes suggesting light. At the bottom a few black lines indicate a leg or foot. The contrast between the warm ochre form and the cool background gives the composition a strong, almost architectural tension.
