Model, green and red chalk
Reclining figure with dark hair, the body painted in a pale, cream-coloured tone. Around the lower body curls a dense network of green and orange-red chalk lines, like grass or shrubbery surrounding the figure. The loose, energetic chalk strokes contrast with the calm, fluid paint of the body itself. The combination of green and red gives the composition a natural, almost autumnal atmosphere.
