Model, sienna outline reclining
Reclining figure, laid diagonally across the sheet, with a thin sienna outline binding the body together. Broad, green wash tones fill the torso, while warm ochre and sand-coloured marks at the head and feet round off the composition. The loose, transparent wash technique and the soft sienna line give the figure a fluid, almost landscape-like horizontality.
