Two models, grey silhouette
A head in grey silhouette, sketched at upper left with quick, dark lines, beside a second, much more developed figure built up in blue, teal and olive green. Orange and pale blue contour lines frame the second figure, while the first remains in shadow and anonymity. The contrast between the fleeting silhouette and the more richly worked figure gives the sheet a layered, almost narrative depth.
