Model, ochre contour reclining
Reclining figure, the head in olive green with a blue line running through it, the body built up almost entirely from thin, ochre-brown contour lines against an otherwise white sheet. Only a small grey plane at the torso and a purple detail at the foot break the predominantly linear, sparing composition. The sobriety of the colour leaves the emphasis entirely on the fluid, unbroken line of the body.
